Mr. DSK Rao
Mr. DSK Rao, an Indian national is the Founder Director of GYANTECH INFORMATION SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED promoting Innovation in areas of Education, Agriculture, Healthcare & eGovernance. He is an Innovator and also visiting faculty & consultant to several Engineering & Management colleges/ institutions. He is a Post Graduate from prestigious Hindu College, University of Delhi and also has several global certifications in IT and Management besides several publications in Indian & Foreign Journals. He has 25 years of local & global IT experience having worked in Government Organization & Private Sector in senior positions. Mr.Rao is associated with several professional, cultural & philanthropic bodies and is a well known speaker in India & Abroad. He has traveled extensively to several countries including USA, UK, Israel, China, Malaysia and Middle East.
Mr.Rao is working on ‘Spirituality’ for the last 2 decades and is connecting ‘Patanjali Yoga Sutras’ to modern science. The same was presented during seminars at Tirupati & other places. He is also working on ‘Chakras’, ‘Reiki’ and on ‘Unification Energy’ to understand higher planes of our ‘Thought Processes’ and the resulting benefits.
Dr HR Nagendra
Prof H R Nagendra (PhD in Mechanical Engineering), Vice-chancellor of SVYASA , is also the President of Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation, Bangalore. He was a NASA research associate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.
A student of Yoga since 1972. Initially, Andre lived in a Himalayan monastery before spending several years in a spiritual quest in India among masters and instructors of diverse traditions. He had the opportunity to deepen his spiritual practice with Kashmiri Babu, an ascetic monk in the Shivaite tradition. He was profoundly touched by his contact with J. Krishnamurti and Sri Ma Ananda Mayi. With them, he learned to develop two important aspects in the spiritual path linked to these two great instructors: discernment and relation. It was finally his decisive meeting of Chandra Swami in the Brahmanic lineage of the Udasins that allowed him to integrate all the previous teachings. Returning to France, he immediately devoted several years to the study of teaching yoga within the schools of Swami Shivananda, Lucien Ferrer, Nil Haoutoff and Sri T.K.V. Desikachar before becoming a teacher himself. Author of " The Prince of the Forests ", a tale adapted from the Ramayana, and translator of a dozen spiritual works, he has also produced two video-cassettes of traditional yoga practices and a CD of Sanskrit chants "Mantra Sadhana". In 1992, he was named president of the Federation of Traditional Yoga in which he opened five schools of Yoga teaching (Toulouse, Paris, Bretagne, Le Mans et Suisse).
Jagat Guru Amrta Suryananda
Jagat Guru AmrtaSúryánanda MaháRája is the President of the Yoga Portuguese Confederation, and of the Yoga Iberian Confederation, and is the Founder and honorary President of the Yoga SámkhyaInstitute,having initiated his Yoga practice about 42 years ago, in the early 70´s.
In 2001, he proposed to the United Nations and to the UNESCO the Creation of a World Yoga Day (WYD) – Candidate to be the 1st Global Day of humanity – in an Inter Ethnic, Inter Religious and Inter Cultural Day, celebrated in the Summer Solstice, June 21st (a Cosmic Auspice) – to promote the Global Yoga Practice, the Personal Development, Ahimsá (not to kill, non-aggression), the respect for the ecosystems, and for a Fair Globality, Humanities’ Enlightenment, and the strengthening of the hyper Human-Cosmic Connection.
He is responsible for the Teaching and Training Program forYoga Professors, in Traditional Yoga Courses, with World Excellence - 6500 hours of Training, during 6 years, for Yoga Instructors; another 4 more years of Training – in a total of 10 years, for Yoga Professors; and more 4 years for YogaMasters – in a total of 14 years of Training.
Zarna Mohan a highly talented and experienced exponent of Iyengar Yoga System , she had the privilege of learning Yoga directly from her Guru Yogacharya B K S Iyengar. She is the only certified Yoga Teacher of Iyengar Yoga in Andhra Pradesh with over 25 years experience.
A skilled yoga teacher, Zarna taught yoga for the Ramamani Iyengar Yoga Research Trust, CCI and other places in Mumbai from where she hails. Later, she made Hyderabad her home, and continued practicing and teaching Yoga at Ramkrishna Math as a part of personality development course.
Zarna periodically conducts Yoga classes at RBI, NABARD, ISB, National Police Academy -for fresh recruits and also Senior IPS Officers. She is regularly invited by many organisations as guest faculty. She has also given radio talks on yoga at the All India Radio.
She also conducts weekly twice evening classes at her apartment block near Indira Park and also weekly twice morning classes in Gaganmahal Road which are highly sought after. She also works with individuals facing health problems. Zarna is an officer in RBI, Hyderabad.
